1. Refund Approval
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Our quality team carefully verifies the item’s condition before confirming eligibility.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
2. Refund Method
All refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned.
If the return is not due to Camkidman’s error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
